AJ Core Performance
With over 17 years of coaching and performance training experience, I take a whole-athlete approach to development — helping athletes build confidence, focus, resilience, and composure.
As a former athlete, I understand the pressure, self-doubt, and emotional challenges that come with competition. That experience, combined with years of coaching athletes of all ages, allows me to connect with athletes beyond the physical side of performance.
With certifications in Strength & Conditioning (CSCS-NSCA), Behavior Change, Mental Performance, and injury prevention, I help athletes find their identity in sport while developing the physical and mental skills need to perform with confidence and consistency.
As a mom of 4 boys in the North Tampa area, I also understand the real-life demands athletes and families are navigating every day!
Performance is more than physical ability. It’s mindset, habits, emotional control, and how an athlete responds when things don’t go as planned.
The goal is simple: help athletes perform with confidence in sport and carry those same skills into life.
