6-Week Mental Performance Program

A 6-week virtual performance coaching program built to develop confidence, sharpen focus, and train youth and teen athletes to execute under pressure in real competition.

Each week introduces a new mental performance skill while reinforcing what’s already been built—turning mindset training into automatic, high-level performance habits.

This program includes weekly virtual coaching sessions with both the athlete and parent, creating alignment on mindset, communication, and performance strategies so growth carries over into sport, home, and high-pressure environments.

With over 17 years of coaching and training experience, I take a whole-athlete approach to performance. As a mom of four boys in the North Tampa suburbs, my passion for developing the next generation runs deep. I help athletes stay locked in, reset fast, and optimize performance so they compete with confidence and perform at their highest level.
