6-Week Mental Performance Program
Reset fast. Control emotions. Perform with clarity under pressure.
This is a highly structured, progressive 1-on-1 virtual mental performance coaching program designed specifically for youth and teen athletes who want to build confidence, sharpen focus, and learn how to execute under pressure in real competition.
Because this program is individualized, every athlete receives personalized coaching, feedback, and strategies tailored to their personality, sport, mindset, and performance goals. While the structure and framework stay consistent, the coaching experience is customized to help each athlete grow in the areas they need most.
We meet once per week for 6 weeks, with each session building off the previous one to create real, lasting mental performance habits — just like physical training. Your brain is like a muscle: it needs reps, practice, and consistent training to improve performance under pressure.
Throughout the program, athletes will develop:
• Awareness and identity within their sport
• Purpose, direction, and confidence
• Daily focus, ownership, and accountability
• Emotional control under pressure
• Consistency and discipline
• Pre-performance routines and visualization skills
• Resilience, composure, and reset strategies
• Weekly reflection and performance awareness
This program includes:
• Weekly 1-on-1 virtual coaching sessions
• Parent involvement and support throughout the process
• A free downloadable athlete workbook
• Structured weekly assignments and reflection tools
• Customized mental performance strategies for each athlete
I work closely with both the athlete and the parents to create alignment in communication, mindset, and performance habits so growth carries over into sports, school, home life, and high-pressure situations.
This program is for athletes who are ready to push their limits, families who want to support their growth, and competitors who refuse to settle for anything less than becoming the best version of themselves.
Together, we’ll tackle challenges head-on and help your athlete become more focused, driven, composed, disciplined, and confident — both in sport and in life.

With over 17 years of coaching and training experience, I take a whole-athlete approach to performance. As a mom of four boys in the North Tampa suburbs, my passion for developing the next generation runs deep. I help athletes stay locked in, reset fast, and optimize performance so they compete with confidence and perform at their highest level.
