I’ve been an athlete my whole life—driven, disciplined, and all-in. When injuries forced me to pivot, I found a new mission: to understand the body, master movement, and build mental strength from the inside out.

Since 2008, I’ve coached clients across all stages of life and performance, combining evidence-based training with mindset work to help people move better, train smarter, and feel powerful in their own bodies.
​
After becoming a mom, I knew I needed to elevate my approach. I pursued advanced certifications through Core Exercise Solutions and earned the Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) credential through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).
