About Amanda Jackson
I’ve been an athlete my whole life—driven, disciplined, and all-in.
When injuries forced me to pivot, I didn’t sit back. I found a new mission: to understand the body, master movement, and build mental strength from the inside out—no gimmicks, no shortcuts, just results that last.
Since 2008, I’ve coached clients at every stage of life, blending evidence-based training with mindset work to help people move smarter, train harder, and feel powerful in their own bodies.
Motherhood in 2013 threw me a curveball—mentally, emotionally, and physically. It taught me to rebuild from the core, balance strength with control, and embrace resilience in ways sport never could.
That journey drives everything I do: helping female athletes and active women crush self-doubt, own their strength, and build the mindset to tackle anything life throws their way.
I live in Tampa Bay with my husband, our four wild boys, and our fearless pup, Zoe—and I bring honesty, passion, and a little tough love to every session, because real growth doesn’t happen from comfort zones.
