30 Minutes to Take Control
These focused online sessions are designed to maximize every minute. In half an hour, we dive into a complete performance system—strength, mobility, recovery, mindset, and fueling—so you address not just symptoms, but the root causes holding you back.
Each session is built around your personal assessment and game plan, ensuring every exercise, cue, and strategy is specific to your body and your goals. Nothing wasted—every minute is purposeful.
You can book sessions individually, or—what I recommend—choose a package for ongoing support and accountability. With a package, you gain structure, consistency, and that extra push to stay on track.
After each session, you’ll receive a detailed recap delivered straight to your inbox, so you can keep applying the strategies, track progress, and build momentum between trainings.
